Morrey spaces for non-doubling measures
We give a natural definition of the Morrey spaces for Radon measures which may be non-doubling but satisfy the growth condition. In these spaces we investigate the behavior of the maximal operator, the fractional integral operator, the singular integral operator and their vector-valued extensions.
متن کاملOn fractional calculus associated to doubling and non-doubling measures
In this paper we present several proofs on the extension of M. Riesz fractional integration and di¤erentiation to the contexts of spaces of homogeneous type and measure metric spaces with non-doubling measures. 1. Introduction, some de nitions, and a basic lemma Professor M. Ash asked me to write a survey article on some of the results that Stephen Vági and I obtained in the nineties on fractio...
متن کاملBesov Spaces with Non-doubling Measures
Suppose that μ is a Radon measure on Rd, which may be nondoubling. The only condition on μ is the growth condition, namely, there is a constant C0 > 0 such that for all x ∈ supp (μ) and r > 0, μ(B(x, r)) ≤ C0r, where 0 < n ≤ d. In this paper, the authors establish a theory of Besov spaces Ḃs pq(μ) for 1 ≤ p, q ≤ ∞ and |s| < θ, where θ > 0 is a real number which depends on the non-doubling measu...
متن کاملNon-Compact Littlewood-Paley Theory for Non-Doubling Measures
We prove weighted Littlewood-Paley inequalities for linear sums of functions satisfying mild decay, smoothness, and cancelation conditions. We prove these for general “regular” measure spaces, in which the underlying measure is not assumed to satisfy any doubling condition. Our result generalizes an earlier result of the author, proved on R with Lebesgue measure. Our proof makes essential use o...
متن کاملDoubling Measures, Monotonicity, and Quasiconformality
We construct quasiconformal mappings in Euclidean spaces by integration of a discontinuous kernel against doubling measures with suitable decay. The differentials of mappings that arise in this way satisfy an isotropic form of the doubling condition. We prove that this isotropic doubling condition is satisfied by the distance functions of certain fractal sets. Finally, we construct an isotropic...
